
Arce Clima, committed to a continuous improvement, launches its new job portal. The conditioning sector provides Jobs to over 22.000 people and makes over 5.000 million euros in Spain, with a progressive and constant growth. Nevertheless, there is a gap to fill in certain jobs such as the refrigerating one, which leads Arce Clima to rethink the way it attracts new talent.
To continue with the company growth, we need to incorporate new professionals to our staff, in areas like Conditioning or Fire Protection. This is why from the People and Equipment Department, we have launched our Job Portal empleo.arceclima.com, in which we post every job vacancy we currently have.
With the launch of this new space, we are giving a step forward towards our commitment with the quality and stability in the job. Candidates for the different vacancies can see firsthand what it is like to work at Arce Clima.
The new job portal is structured for the user to understand what the organization does, which areas it consists of, as well as check the current offers, subscribing to each one of them. For the design of the platform, the current employees of Arce Clima have been used, who give life to the visual part of it.
Within the web people who want to apply for the job can create a profile, including their personal and professional data and attach their CV.

Along with the job quality, our aim is to be as transparent as possible during our selection process, offering the candidates all the information regarding their new job position: duties, issues related to the employment, and the salary remuneration and social benefits.
