When it comes to obtaining the necessary skills for professional development and obtaining a degree, internships in workplaces become a key element. That is why Arce Clima, as part of our new talent program, will collaborate with different educational centers throughout the country.
To obtain the degree of Technician or Superior Technician, all students must complete the FCT module (Training in Workplaces), with the need to support an organization that offers its value as a training agent.
It consists of carrying out a training program that allows to apply in the real productive field the knowledge acquired in the school period, in a guided and oriented way by the tutor designated by the organization.
Like our dual VET program, the FCT is committed to supporting younger people who are about to finish their studies and need to put what they have learned into practice. Our main objective is to facilitate the development of skills, attitudes and behaviors typical of a workforce, in order to favor the labor insertion of the student.
We would like to share the experience of three students who are currently carrying out their internships at the Arce Clima headquarters.
Daniel Rodríguez – CS Energy Efficiency and Solar Thermal Energy
“When I met the company for my internship, I had great enthusiasm to start immediately.
Arce Clima is a company with great prestige and an important name in the sector. They are well-known in Culleredo, where I live.
I have been working here for two weeks. My enthusiasm to participate and learn in the current projects is greater than that time they told me where I should do the FCT.
The work environment is amazing; the workload is continuous and diverse. This allows me to learn from great professionals and cover knowledge from around the world of air conditioning.
I cannot thank enough the professionals around me and to those who have allowed me to have this opportunity.”
Laura Feal – CS Management Assistance
“My experience with the internship is very good.
At first I was very nervous (I guess like everyone who started new). I didn’t know what I was going to do, but that was only the first day.
When I got here, they showed me everything and introduced me to everyone.
The people are very nice, they all talk to you and greet you, making you feel like a part of the team. I feel very comfortable.
As for the practices, I am learning a lot as most things are new to me.
I have been here for the las 12 days, and time flies. I hope to continue learning many new things the time I have left.
Thanks to Arce Clima for allowing me to do the internship here.
Byron Salazar – CS Occupational Risk Prevention
“I am a student of the Higher Cycle of Occupational Risk Prevention taught by the Labor University of Culleredo.
Once I finished my theoretical studies, I started my internship in the company Arce CLIMA on April 7. On my first day, it should be noted that, although I was nervous about not knowing what I was going to find, I felt very good.
The welcome staff and the work team are quite pleasant; they welcomed me the best way; I thank you for it.
On the other hand, I appreciate the opportunity they have given me to be in this organization so my learning can grow substantially. If it is true, I could say that we trained theoretically in PRL, but practice makes you look closer to everything that encompasses this sector.
I want to mention that the platforms I work with and the documentation they gave me have taught me new things. I will continue to make the most of this opportunity, thank you!”
We thank you for your commitment and we share your enthusiasm for making your first step into the workspace.
