Technological progress and caring for the environment have been two maxims that have always been present in the philosophy of Arce Clima throughout our almost thirty-year history. We are constantly seeking out new solutions to help us improve and become more sustainable. In this endeavour, we have recently taken important steps in our business strategy through a digital transformation that has allowed us to improve business processes and how we manage projects and facilities.
Together with ARBENTIA and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, we have incorporated the necessary technology to transform corporate culture towards a more sustainable model, being more efficient in facilities operations and consumption. We have implemented Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Field Service Cloud solutions and incorporated Power BI as a tool for analysing and exploiting information.

As a result, we benefit from state-of-the-art automation and the predictive capabilities of these tools, supported by Artificial Intelligence, to achieve a comprehensive overview of the company, boost the efficiency of our processes and achieve tangible cost savings with maximum security.
Field Service Management is a platform that offers flexibility, integration, offline capability and cloud rollout, with access from any location. With this platform we keep our field and office staff, as well as our customers, informed in real time of everything taking place in each of the maintenance operations we carry out.
The Power BI information analysis and exploitation tool allows us to use the data through very intuitive and dynamic reports and visual dashboards. This gives us a much more complete perspective to improve our day-to-day work: we can see, in real time, the progress of our projects or invoicing status.
“Field Service allows us to gain operational efficiency in our maintenance tasks, while also improving the profitability of projects, a key element for us,” explains Carlos López Pampín, manager of Arce Clima. “And, without a doubt, having a real-time overview of the organisation’s performance has a major impact on decision-making.
Thanks to this ambitious global digitalisation project at Arce Clima, we will be able to reduce CO2 emissions (18 tonnes per year) by moving all operations to the Microsoft cloud, and by measuring and decreasing the use of paper (800 kg less), as all our staff will be able to work from any place and device with an Internet connection.
“Sustainability is a key factor for Arce Clima. Our mission is to develop air-conditioning systems based on thermal comfort and energy efficiency,” Pampín explains.
