One of Arce Clima’s core values is investing in and committing to our people. We consistently incorporate talent and provide opportunities for those starting their careers in our industry. Our dedication to Dual Vocational Training is key to this effort.
Through this program, new professionals receive training and an official qualification from the company. Their integration is gradual and staggered, offering numerous opportunities for students to secure stable positions within the staff.
In 2019, we launched the Higher Course of Energy Efficiency and Solar Energy in partnership with the Universidade Laboral de Culleredo. This was followed by the Higher Course in Maintenance of Thermal and Fluid Installations, and this year, we introduced the Occupational Risk Prevention Course. Many students from these courses are now part of Arce Clima. To learn about their experiences, we spoke with our colleague Martín Riveiro Iglesias, a third-class officer who completed the FP in Maintenance of Thermal and Fluid Installations.
