Two great experiences in London
One of the most important retail projects in Europe in recent years. A 4,500-square-meter megastore located next to the old Battersea Power Station. It has all the digital tools needed to meet one of the sector’s challenges: integrating physical and online commerce with services that streamline the customer experience.
Located in the Westfield London shopping center, this megastore stands out for its large 8-meter-high glass facade and its all-white interior, which is enhanced by LED lighting that improves visibility and creates a larger and more minimalist space. In its commitment to improving the shopping experience, it offers services such as three self-service checkouts to speed up the checkout process and free Wi-Fi to all customers.
Madrid
With more than 4,000 square meters spread over three floors, this store is the largest in the world for the brand. It has the latest technological innovations: an automated silo for the collection of online orders and returns, intelligent fitting rooms to automatically manage access and the return of garments using autonomous belts, and payment with EasyPay.
Valencia
This space replicates the model of other megastores as the ones mentioned above, but in the Valencian Community. More than 6,000 square meters spread over three floors where digitization reigns. Among its services, we find Click&Find, where a map is displayed to geolocate the product and locate it in the store. Click&Try makes it possible to reserve a fitting room, and the app notifies you when it is available. Pay&Go allows you to make the basket in the fitting room and pay directly without waiting. Another great project that bears the air conditioning seal of Arce Clima.
Granada
This megastore of more than 5,000 square meters, located in the Nevada Shopping mall in Granada, offers a shopping concept completely different from any that has been seen before. Physical and digital experiences merge in such a way that the line between them is almost imperceptible. Inside, there are different arcade machines to have fun, a “beauty corner” with professionals to try their makeup line, or spaces to personalize your own clothes. It is a pleasure to be able to participate in projects as creative as this one, taking care of the air conditioning of this great space.
