HOW WE DO IT

One of the main works undertaken by Arce Clima is directly corelated with energy saving: installation of CO2 equipment with heat recovery systems. Buildings usually need to renovate indoor air quality through fresh outdoor air and extraction of that stale indoor air.

Through heat recovery systems not only we achieve energy saving but also performance of the installation as well as reducing CO2 emissions.

Quality standards are very high at Arce Clima that is why control parameters are used to measure performance of equipment through external certifications, complying with current regulations. With this equipment, temperatures, circuit pressures, flow speed tests are undertaken…

Our clients receive the Thermal installations maintenance certificate on an annual basis corroborating the maintenance works done according to the current regulations. Moreover, several inspections are carried out to check the state of units and equipment . These inspections need to be approved by a team of certified technicians.

One of the competitive advantages offered to our maintenance services are the EFI inspections, which issue energy efficiency certificates considering performance of installations.

According to these regulations, four annual equipment revisions must be done if they do not have programmable logic controllers for leak verifications. Otherwise, the rule is to do at least

two annual checks. However, Arce Clima recommend to do at least four checks to prevent any further issue, checking leaks and managing condenser cleaning on a regular basis.
