Just like every Christmas, we undertake various initiatives to commemorate this season and emphasize the significance of Corporate Social Responsibility, a fundamental pillar in our business model that enables us to achieve remarkable progress in both social and environmental realms.
Family Day
Family Day is our cherished open house event. For several years now, we have been organizing this initiative, inviting the sons and daughters of our dedicated team members to experience a day at their parents’ workplace. The event encompasses a range of engaging activities, including environmental projects, creative crafts using recycled materials, guided tours of our facilities, and exciting games between parents and children.
Promoting work-life balance and providing children with the opportunity to witness firsthand the nature of their parents’ work is an integral aspect of our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) efforts. This initiative not only upholds our values but also underscores our commitment to our team members and their families, culminating in an exhilarating and distinctive day for everyone involved.
This year, in particular, we arranged a special breakfast for the early birds, organized an engaging Christmas ornament decoration workshop where we poured our hearts and creativity into every piece, set up a lively “spring” games room, and, of course, savored some delicious skewers as a fitting farewell to the year.
Christmas feast
As a yearly tradition, the entire Arce Clima team comes together to joyously partake in the cherished Christmas feast. This gathering serves as a heartfelt farewell to the year, where we celebrate the accomplishments attained and acknowledge the dedication and hard work contributed by each team member, as their collective efforts have been instrumental in our success. We firmly believe that this event presents an ideal opportunity for our employees to forge stronger connections, fostering a positive and harmonious work environment.
Each year, our numbers continue to grow, with the 2023 edition of this celebration seeing a remarkable turnout of 320 individuals. This remarkable attendance serves as a testament to the ever-expanding Arce Clima family, exemplifying our continuous growth and unity.
Training
For another year we remain committed to providing comprehensive training to our workforce, allowing them to acquire valuable knowledge and seamlessly adapt to the evolving landscape of our industry. Our construction team, in particular, has received extensive training in various areas, including risk prevention (PRL), as well as technical instruction, ensuring they are well-prepared to tackle any challenges that come their way.

Ugly Sweat Day
This tradition is an absolute must during the Christmas season at Arce Clima. The entire team eagerly dons their festive Christmas sweaters. We come together for our annual #uglysweaterday, an vent that sees more and more colleagues joining in each passing year.
