In order to guarantee the greatest possible well-being for the entire Arce Clima staff, for some time we have had different work-life balance measures. During more than 27 years, we have been adapting, as far as possible, to different situations and circumstances, not only to collective demands but also individual ones.
Today we want to share some of the most demanded measures and the ones that are being most well-received by our staff:
Fixed-flexible hours: We have chosen to offer a working day under the fixed-flexible modality. This measure applies to office staff, who can adapt their end-of-day hours, reducing rest time for the midday break.
Summer workday: Every year, we adapt the work calendar so that the workday is continuous in the months of July and August, offering more free time in the summer months.
Intensive day: throughout the year, the office staff has intensive hours on Fridays so they can have an evening off during the week. This allows us to offer a better work-life balance that they can enjoy throughout the year.
Flexible annual leave: We allow the entire staff to establish their leaves in the way they consider best. They can request single days or weeks. There is no term in which the company closes, so vacations are of free choice.
We are committed to training: we continuously train the entire workforce, which allows them to adapt to the reality of the labour market, as well as being more competitive, always carrying out training actions during working hours.
Adaptation of the working day: if justified, we offer our staff the possibility of adapting their working day to any setback or situation.
Working remotely: in those cases in which, in a timely manner, the worker cannot go to the workplace, we allow them to carry out their workday remotely.
Leave of absence: we reserve the job during the entire time of leave to care for sons, daughters and dependent persons.
Compensation days: Construction staff have compensation days based on the time they have been displaced. These days will have priority to enjoy them immediately, being able to enjoy more time at your disposal.
Breastfeeding: for lactating women, we offer total flexibility to mark and define those breaks that they consider necessary.
Permission to accompany minors: We offer the necessary time to provide medical assistance that workers need to accompany their dependent sons, daughters or adults, thus improving what is established in the agreement.
These are some of the most popular measures, but thanks to our company culture, based on trust with the workers, there are many others that we adapt to the personal needs of each of the team members.
