One of the outstanding qualities of our staff is the experience the sector owns. To achieve that expertise, it is needed to have the chance to have a comprehensive training, which combines a full training with the backing qualified staff.
This is why, from the Dpt. de Personas de Arce Clima they have developed a program for new talents, that encompass all the actions aimed at the incorporation of talented young people who are looking for an opportunity to start their professional career in our organization.
Thanks to this program, the new talents have the chance to begin to work once they have finished their studies, promoting development and innovation, in addition to an important role in the company.
The access to this plan can be done at various levels, as the curricular practices, scholarships or internship contracts. Once the program is completed, the participants will be able to join the staff and become mentors of the new talents.
It is essential to know people who share our corporate values and that want to develop their career in a leading company in the sector. We take care of the rest.
Our program is divided in 3 levels and the level will depend on the situation of each person. So, we count with:
Level 1: Internships.
Practices which are related to the studies. The person has to conduct these internships in order to obtain the official degree of her/his ongoing studies. One example is those students who must do the Training at a Working Center in order to obtain the official title of FP.
Level 2: Scholarship.
Through the scholarships we offer the recently entitled students the chance to carry out paid internships as well as to receive support from the company staff. During this phase the collected actions are the specific training in the use and management of different tools.
Level 3: Contract.
That last level covers the people who has finished the scholarship and join the company staff. During this period the training plan goes on to incorporate the employee in every duty he/she has developed during the whole work cycle with the company.
Then, you will find some examples of people who have currently finished their new talents program, and that are currently in a permanent position in the company.
MARÍA CALVIÑO
She finished her studies as a Technician for Work Hazards Prevents in 2017. When she started working at the company, she started with an education grant (Level 2) and she then joined the staff with an internship contract (Level 3)
Now she is part of the Prevention team, from which she coordinates the access, and the training of our employees, together with other 200 subcontractors.
DANIEL CALVO
Daniel entered the New Talents Program in 2018 on Level 1, this is conducting his training in the Work Centres Training Work, which allowed him to obtain the Top Technician in Projects and Maintenance of Thermic Installations and Fluids.
At the end of the internship, he joined a scholarship (level 2) where he continued training and getting to know the organization, always with the support of a tutor. At the end of the scholarship, he obtained a contract in the company, where today he is a stable part of the Comprehensive Maintenance team together with the rest of his colleagues.
JACOBO LOZANO
Jacobo started at Arce Clima from the first level of the program, carrying out the Training in Work Centres of the studies carried out in its centre of higher studies IES Universidade Laboral.
Once he ended the practices, he jumped right to level 3, because due to his characteristics he was incompatible with level 2. Nowadays he works in the organization, and he is a member of the Department of Regulation and Control, coordinating and managing the setting up and attention of the facilities failures performed in our projects.
